Chris Barbero began his journey into photography when his father purchased his first camera, a Nikkormat FTN. Mentored by top Shell Oil Company photographers Forrest Adrian and Bud Roberts, Chris was taught the nuances of photography as an art. As Chris honed his skills, he began photographing artists in the mid 1970's including Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Peter Frampton, Foghat, Queen, The Doobie Brothers, Van Halen and many others.
Starting in the 1980's, Chris began focusing on landscape and architectural photography. Chris has been fortunate enough to travel the globe, capturing the worlds natural beauty.
As photography began to change, Chris adapted without losing the most important lesson learned. Photography is art, an expression of ones self. Chris captures images that transport you to the event.
